Refund Policy

Bright Tuition aims to be fair and transparent regarding refunds.

Refunds May Be Issued When:

  • A session is cancelled by Bright Tuition and cannot be rescheduled.
  • A prepaid package has unused sessions (refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis at our discretion).

Refunds Are Not Typically Issued When:

  • A student misses a session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • A session is disrupted due to technical issues outside Bright Tuition’s control.
