These Terms & Conditions apply to all Bright Tuition services. By booking or registering for tuition, you agree to the terms below.
1. Bookings & Payment
- Sessions must be booked in advance.
- Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Monthly packages typically require a minimum 4-week commitment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
- Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.
3. Online Sessions
- Students are expected to attend on time with required materials.
- Families are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable device.
- Bright Tuition is not responsible for disruptions caused by issues outside our control (e.g., internet outages).
4. Safeguarding
- All sessions are delivered in a professional and respectful manner.
- For students under 18, parents/guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision during online sessions.
- Parents/guardians are welcome to observe online sessions if they wish.
5. Academic Performance Disclaimer
Bright Tuition provides structured academic support designed to improve understanding, confidence, and exam technique. While progress is a common outcome, specific grades or results cannot be guaranteed.
6. Behaviour & Participation
Disruptive behaviour that prevents effective teaching may result in the student being moved from a group session or tuition being paused. In such cases, fees may still apply.
7. Learning Materials
All materials provided by Bright Tuition remain the intellectual property of Bright Tuition and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
